How long does the TRG Startup Roadmap take to complete?
The TRG Startup Roadmap is structured for 90 days. However, we’ve set this up with our busy travel advisors in mind and the program can progress at the speed you choose with the time you have available to invest to ensure you get the most out of the program. We do encourage you to attend the live calls to ensure you get your questions answered and to build a connection with your fellow TRG Travel Advisors.
How are the week’s lessons structured?
Once you’ve joined the program, you’ll be given access to our TRG Community Hub which houses our TRG Startup Roadmap. You’ll be able to access each lesson tailored with video lessons, resource links, and lesson files. A live phone call will be held at the end of the week with Agency Owner, Ilja Chapman, where all TRG Advisors participating in the TRG Startup Roadmap will be able to ask questions, share their struggles and achievements. What support will I receive?

Do I need prior travel industry experience?
The TRG Startup Roadmap is for new and aspiring independent travel advisors or established independent travel advisors who would like to reevaluate their current business or restructure.
Can I go at my own pace?
Yes! We encourage all TRG Advisors to work at their own pace to give their unique travel planning business the care and attention it needs.
Can I build my business with my own brand?
You can build your travel planning business with your own brand or operate under the TRG brand.
Can I focus down and be niche specific?
Yes! Your travel planning business is as unique as you are. If you choose to be niche specific, as most of our travel advisors are, we will be their to support through the whole process.
At what phase can I start booking?
You can begin bookings during Phase 2 of the roadmap.
I’m already an experienced travel advisor do I need to partake in the entire program?
Phase 1 must be completed by new and experienced travel advisors. We do encourage all advisors to complete the entire startup roadmap. The roadmap helps build community, accountability, and allows you to ask any questions you may have.
